St. Charles Park District is updating its Comprehensive Master Plan, which serves as a roadmap for improving the District’s overall services for the next five years.

This strategic plan will:

• identify needs and priorities to improve the District’s parks, facilities, programs and services
• update the District’s goals
• set the direction of current and future programs
• determine capital projects and improvements to parks, facilities and trails
