Scope of Project
- Additional trails for access to amenities
- New shade structure added near playground with 3 picnic tables & 1 ADA picnic table
- New net spinner/climber added to the playground
- New half/full court basketball with color surfacing
- New sand volleyball court
- New trees & enhanced landscaping
Concept Plans
The revised site plan was developed after extensive input from the community in March 2024.
Project Timeline
Work resumed Monday, November 11 with priority on the following so that playground can be reopened:
- Pouring curbs around the playground
- Pouring pad for new shade shelter
- Installing new playground spinner
- Excavation for basketball and volleyball courts will follow.
