Summer Camp For Grade 5
2026 Information
After registering for camp, you will receive an eMail from ePACT, the District’s secure emergency network, to create an account and complete medical & emergency contact information. As part of the District’s Emergency Response Plan, it is critical that all camper information is accurate and updated on an annual basis.
5th Grade Flex Camp
Participants in this camp should be entering grade 5.
Make your summer a journey to remember! Campers will participate in lively group games, arts & crafts, science experiments, minigolf, walking field trips and splashtacular water fun. There’s plenty of time to hang out and make new friends on these daily escapades.
Schedule your child’s day of fun around your family summer schedule by registering for 2, 3, 4 or 5-day camp each week. Swim weekly at Swanson Pool and Otter Cove Aquatic Park. Travel to a local destination each week.
There will not be a waitlist option available for Flex Camp. Check online frequently for availability; open spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
Before and After Camp available. Must sign up for the same days registered for all day camps.
Fee includes walking trip admissions.
Camp meets in Pottawatomie Park, 8 North Av, with convenient curb side drop off/pick up during regular camp hours, 8am-3:30pm.
Camp counselors have experience working with children and are trained in CPR and First Aid.

Earthkeepers Nature Camp
Participants in this camp should be entering grades 5-6.
The great outdoors awaits adventure! Enjoy hikes, critter meet & greets and creative crafts that examine ecology in many different ways. Each theme offers unique activities. For more details: click here
Camp meets at Hickory Knolls Discovery Center, 3795 Campton Hills Rd. During select weeks*, campers will meet on FRIDAY ONLY at Ferson Creek Park, Rt. 31, east of Wildrose Springs Dr. Parents must sign children in and out of the camp program daily.
Camp meets Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm.
Camp instructors are students, teachers and subject area experts trained in CPR and First Aid with extensive experience working with children.

Farm Camp
Ages 8-12
Spend your day outside learning the ins and outs of farming and animal care. Campers will “get dirty” with safe, hands-on experience by milking cows, collecting eggs, grooming horses and feeding livestock. Select afternoons will include churning ice cream, baking items using the woodstove or visiting local parks and pools.
Camp meets at Primrose Farm, 5N726 Crane Rd.
Camp meets Monday-Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm. Sessions run from Jun 1 to Jul 31.
Camp counselors have experience working with children and are trained in CPR and First Aid.
