Families will leap for joy when they purchase the new Crosstown Aquatics all-access pass before May 1 – making it easier on their wallet in multiple ways.
The Leap Year Special – now available – gives families access to both Otter Cove and Swanson pools all summer long with an early bird rate and three-installment plan. The first payment is due upon purchase, the second is April 1 and the third, May 1. Regular season passes begin May 1.
A resident family of four can save $20 by purchasing early.
Additionally, those who have purchased a Crosstown Aquatics pass will receive a 25 percent discount when enrolling their children in group swim lessons, or the newly combined STC Crosstown Swim Team.
“We understand spring sports, summer camps and other activities pile on a lot of seasonal expenses to a family budget,” said Jennifer Bruggeman, assistant superintendent of recreation.
“Offering a payment plan and early bird pricing allows families to lock in the best rate and extend payments throughout the spring.”
The Crosstown pass provides multiple benefits beyond savings. All-access passes have entry to both pools one hour earlier than the general public, through August 11. And there will be monthly appreciation drawings during special events, with prizes including novelty items, admission to other park district facilities and activities, and other local swag.
In addition to the savings of signing up for swim team as a Crosstown passholder, the Crosstown Swim Team also offers flexible practices where families can choose what time and location their child attends.
Early bird and regular season passes are available at different rates for residents, ages 60 and older, and nonresidents.
Purchase online now at www.ottercove.org or www.swansonpool.org. Pool passes also are currently available for purchase at Pottawatomie Community Center, and at Otter Cove starting May 23 during open swim hours.
