This Rental Application Form does not reserve a private cruise aboard the paddlewheel riverboat. The purpose of this form is to provide information about your requested private charter to the Manager of Cruise Operations. Once the form is received, staff will contact you via email or phone as quickly as possible to discuss the request, address any additional questions and assist with booking your rental. A 50% deposit that secures your rental date and cruise time is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled private charter. Private charters need to be booked at least two weeks prior to the requested date. In the event the private charter is booked less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date, the total rental amount is due upon booking. All permits and contracts are subject to compliance with all applicable Park District ordinances, conditions and requirements. Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
