** A previous contest winner
A special thanks to all of the St. Charles homeowners that spent time preparing
their homes for Halloween. Our contest and tour does not award prize money, offer
large incentives or limit entries. Our goal is to provide St. Charles home haunters a
creative avenue to display their love for Halloween to the public and a chance to compete
for annual “bragging rights” as the best home haunter in St. Charles.
