Throughout the year the St. Charles Park District sends many different services and products out to bid. These opportunities range from apparel to paper supplies to printing to park construction and more. RFPs are also available at the Pottawatomie Community Center, 8 North Avenue.

Advertising
Are you looking for a great way to showcase your business? The St. Charles Park District offers a variety of ways to promote your business through advertising. Throughout the year the Park District produces seasonal program brochures that are circulated to 28,500 households each season and 2,000 through the Park District, 
Library and City Offices. The shelf life of the brochure is longer than a newspaper. Because the information within the brochure includes several months’ worth of information, people hold it for future reference. This increases the advertising exposure for your business without additional cost. The cover is printed using four colors on an 80# gloss text stock.
Scoreboard advertising is also available at Langum Park and the East Side Sports Complex. Hundreds of spectators at baseball and softball games will see your ad. Evening and weekend games are played at all age levels. Here’s a great opportunity to reach a variety of people.

In-Kind Donations
Donations of all types, including gift certificates for services or goods, are accepted for a variety of events: Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, Friday Live!, Teen Skate Challenge, Turkey Shoot, Christmas Gala and more. Sponsorship opportunities within the Park District include Daddy & Daughter Dances, Mom & Son Night, Easter Egg Hunt, Concerts in the Park, July 4 th Celebration, DJ Nights at the Pool, Christmas Gala and more. Sponsorships are also sought for the St. Charles Park Foundation events. Sponsorships can be customized for your company and a wide range of financial contributions.
